St. Patricks Day

Nate in his best Irish outfit.  Come St. Patrick's day we all seem to have Irish in us.
Nate, Maria and I worked hard to build a leprechaun trap.  Here's Nate posing with the trap, just before it was completed.

Nate with the trap, pot of gold all setup, getting ready for a trial run.  The door the gold is sitting on will fall down, trapping the leprechaun inside.  Nate still deciding whether he's going to make the leprechaun grant him 3 wishes or take him to his pot of gold at the end of the rainbow

Leprechaun's are cobblers by trade.  As we helped Nate prepare the trap, we placed his old shoes near the trap, with a sample pot of gold.  Hoping to create a warm environment, perfect for catching leprechauns.
Nate was so proud of getting this built, painted, decorated and setup.  Unfortunately all our efforts were for naught.  We didn't catch the leprechaun, but he did stick around long enough to fix Nate's shoes.

Here's the video of Nate checking the trap first thing in the morning.
